1. The Promoter: Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited, 3D Dundee Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4LG.

2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

3. Promotional Period: The promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 03.03.22 to 23:59:59 on 20.04.22.

4. Entry Instructions: To enter, text SPIDERMAN to 82727. No purchase necessary. Participants submitting a valid text entry will receive a text message thanking them for entering the promotion. Time taken to receive this text message may vary. A text entry will be charged at your standard network rate (and may not be included within any free text packages). Please check with the bill payer before sending a text entry.

5. Maximum 1 entry per person.

6. Selection Process: Prize winners will be selected via a randomised computer process from all valid entries on or before 02.05.2022 and notified by 03.05.2022.

7. Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners.

8. Bulk or multiple entries, entries submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted but may still be charged. Entries received by any other means (e.g. post) will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.

9. In the event of a mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged or a number being changed, the Promoter is unable to retrieve or transfer an existing entry to a new mobile number.

10. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for any person whose mobile phone is used to enter without the owner's permission. The bill payer is accepted as the entrant and should their mobile number be selected as a winner they will be the sole claimant of the prize.

11. The Prizes: There are two hundred and two (202) prizes to be won, consisting of x1 trip for 2 to New York, x1 Ultimate movie night-in bundle, x50 Spider-Man: No Way Home prize bundles (each bundle consisting of 1x notebook, 1x water bottle and 1x tote bag), x50 Spider-Man: No Way Home Blu-ray Discs and x100 Rakuten TV vouchers.

12. Prize Redemption: The two hundred and two (202) prize winners will be contacted via the mobile phone number used to enter the promotion. Winners of the New York Trip and Ultimate Movie Night-in bundle will receive a call from Element London Ltd (acting as Prize Provider on behalf of the Promoter) within 7 days of winner notification. Winners of the Spider-Man: No Way Home prize bundles and Spider-Man: No Way Home Blu-ray Discs will be requested to submit their postal address via a secure form. Winers of the Rakuten TV vouchers will receive their code via the mobile phone number used to enter.

13. The New York trip prize includes return economy flights from London, UK to New York,  return airport transfers in New York, 3 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4* min) in New York, including travel insurance. The winner will be contacted by a member of the Prize Provider, who will manage the fulfilment of this prize. The winner and their travel companion must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over. If the winner’s companion is aged under 18, parent or guardian permission will be required prior to travel. Economy flights on select airlines available from major international airports in London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties). Flights will be selected by the Prize Provider and not all routings will be available. Winner and guest must both have a full passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel.Any necessary visas are responsibility of the winner and guest. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation. Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room; Hotel accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion within New York City but will be minimum 4*. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion is aged 70 or over. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. All prize elements are subject to availability; The prize cannot be taken over any UK public holidays, over Easter Sunday or during the months of July, August, December and January. The prize is valid for 2 years (24 months) from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers in the UK, meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize. The prize must be taken in accordance with any government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel. The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or other expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. In the event that the winner’s trip is cancelled or rendered impossible due to a change in legal regulations and/or travel restrictions prior to the departure date, the Prize Provider will cancel the trip and re-book the itinerary for a time when the relevant restrictions have been lifted, at no cost to the winner. In the event that the winner chooses to cancel their trip after confirmation of booking, when there are no legal regulations or restrictions which prevent them from travelling, the Prize Provider cannot accept liability for cancellation fees or for additional costs incurred when re-booking the itinerary at a later date.. 14. The Ultimate Movie Night in bundle prize consists of 1x Sony 50 inch smart 4k UHD HDR LED Freeview TV, 1x Sony sound bar with wireless sub, 1x Sony 4k HDR blu-ray dvd player, 1x smart colour changing lighting kit (Includes: 1x bridge and 2x light bars), 1x Spider-Man: Homecoming 4k UHD blu-ray, 1x Spider-Man: Far From Home 4k UHD blu-ray and 1x Spider-Man: No Way Home 4k UHD blu-ray. The winner will be contacted by a member of the Prize Provider, who will manage the fulfilment of this prize. All items making up the prize are subject to availability and specified makes and models may vary at time of fulfilment. In the event that any of the products listed are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be extended delays to deliveries. The Prize Provider will endeavour to get products delivered to the winner as quickly as possible.  The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Elements making up theprize may need to be signed for on delivery and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged. The winnermay need to provide ID on delivery. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide the correct delivery information to the Prize Provider. Items making up the prize will be delivered to one address within mainland UK. The prize will be delivered within 28 days of confirming delivery address with the Prize Provider unless the winner is notified of a delivery delay

15. Winners of the x50 Spider-Man: No Way Home prize bundles and x50 Spider-Man: No Way Home Blu-ray Discs will receive their prize in the post within 28 days, sent to the address provided via the secure form.

16. Winners of the x100 Rakuten TV voucher codes will receive their film codes via the mobile phone number used at time of prize redemption. The voucher code can be redeemed for a movie rental in SD, HD up to a maximum value of £4.99. A winner can watch any of the movies available after clicking on "Redeem your voucher" and putting in the code when prompted. A winner renting a movie by using their voucher code will have up to 48 hours after redeeming the voucher to watch it. The codes are valid until 31.12.22. A winner of a voucher code will have to register at Rakuten TV if they don’t have an account. See Terms & Conditions at rakuten.tv. Vouchers are not for resale. The codes from this promotion cannot be combined with each other or with any other promotional codes or other promotions.

17. Prizes are as stated, are not for exchange and no other prize alternatives are available. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, a prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the mobile phone number against which the winning text entry was registered.

18. General: The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/claims which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.

19. The winners' mobile phone numbers will be retained for 30 days after the conclusion of the Promotional Period to allow the Promoter to arrange for delivery of the prizes and to deal with any queries from prize winners. A winner can request for their phone number, postal address and email address details to be deleted before the expiry of this period by writing to M&M’s & Spider-Man ASDA Text 2 Win Details Deletion, c/o ASDA Customer Activation Manager, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Ltd, 3D Dundee Road, Slough SL1 4LG, although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of a Rakuten TV voucher code by email or assist them with any queries following deletion of their details.

20. If a selected winner does not respond within 3 weeks of notification with the required details, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.

21. Except where a prize winner has notified the Promoter that they do not want their details to be shared, the prize winners’ details (abbreviated names only) will be available for a period of 30 days by sending a stamped addressed envelope M&M’s & Spider-Man ASDA Text 2 Win Details, c/o ASDA Customer Activation Manager, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Ltd, 3D Dundee Road, Slough SL1 4LG, between 04.05.2022 – 02.06.2022.

22. The prize winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the promotion with no recompense, during the 30-day period referenced in Condition 19 when their details are being retained, except where a  prize winner has requested for their details not to be publicised.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for a winner's identity details (which they must provide within 14 days of initial contact, but which will not be retained following verification by the Promoter) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw the prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

24. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a prize winner fail to receive their prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect postal and/or email address details, or fails to redeem their Rakuten TV voucher code prior to the expiry date.

25. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect in order to avoid undue disappointment.

26. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

27. Participation in the promotion shall constitute an entrant's acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them.

28. Any personal details provided by unsuccessful entrants when participating in the promotion will be used for administrative purposes only and will be deleted once prizes have been allocated to the winners. The winners' details will be held and subsequently deleted in accordance with Condition 19.
