Mars Australia Pty Ltd trading as Mars Petcare Australia (ABN 48 008 454 313) of 1 Petcare Place, Wodonga, VIC 3690 will donate 5¢ to United Nations Development Program’s Lion’s Share Fund, (www.thelionssharefund.com), for each participating product purchased from Coles (in store and online; excluding Coles Express) between 28th September – 1st November 2022 (Promotion Period), up to a total donation value of $100,000 or until the total donation amount is reached. The donation will be a direct donation from Mars to United Nations Development Program’s Lion’s Share Fund executed through a one-off payment and is not a fundraising initiative of Mars or its affiliates. Participating products: full range of the MY DOG® Brand, OPTIMUMTM Brand, DINE® Brand, PEDIGREE DentaStixTM Range and SCHMACKOSTM Brand.

Mars will calculate the donation amount based on the scan sales of participating products extracted from the IRI Coles Synergy Supplier portal. Coles acknowledges and agrees that Mars is relying on the scan data in order to calculate and provide the United Nations Development Program’s Lion’s Share Fund with the donation. Mars will not be liable for any error or omission in the scan data which results in a shortfall in the calculation of the donation. It is Coles’ sole responsibility to ensure that the scan data is accurate and complete, and available for Mars to access during and after the Promotion Period. The donation will be made at end of Promotion Period subject to Mars receiving the scan data from Coles. Mars will be responsible for preparing all collateral to promote the Campaign and any terms and conditions applicable, which must be submitted to Coles for approval prior to publication. Mars grants to Coles a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and reproduce the Mars trademarks, in the form provided by Mars to Coles, in connection with this Campaign, subject to Mars’ prior approval of each such use.
